Signature 1:1 session - the grounding ritual
More than a treatment: a carefully curated experience designed to help you slow down, restore your energy and reconnect with yourself.
Inspired by the ancient chakra system and informed by modern understandings of somatics, embodiment and wellbeing, each session is thoughtfully crafted around a specific theme such as grounding, creativity, self-expression, compassion, intuition or inner trust.
Combining Reiki, somatic work, nervous system-friendly practices and nature-inspired rituals, every experience weaves together guided meditation, botanical essences, scent, frequency and stillness to create an immersive space for deep rest, presence and reconnection.

remote 1:1 session
A supportive Reiki energy-based experience you can receive from anywhere in the world.
This offering is designed for moments when you need grounding, clarity or reconnection but are unable to attend an in-person session. While it differs in format from the Signature Session, it carries the same intention: to support your system in returning to balance, presence and inner alignment through guided energy-work and mindful support.
