General Terms and Conditions
(GTC)
1. Scope of Application
These General Terms and Conditions apply to all services, individual sessions, and programmes provided by Barbara Pöll – SOL FLOW. Any deviations or individual agreements shall only be valid if made in writing.
2. Conclusion of Contract
A binding contract is concluded upon booking a service. The booking may be made in writing (e.g. by email) or via an online booking system.
3. Right of Withdrawal
Consumers have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal from the conclusion of the contract.
-
If the withdrawal is exercised within this period, payments already made will be refunded, less any services that have already been provided.
-
The right of withdrawal expires if the consumer has expressly agreed that the service may begin before the end of the withdrawal period and the service has already been fully performed.
4. Cancellation & Refund Policy
Individual Bookings
Cancellations made up to 24 hours before the scheduled appointment are free of charge; any payments already made will be fully refunded.
For cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment or in the event of a no-show, the full fee is payable and no refund will be issued.
7-Week Programme
By booking the programme, the participant agrees to pay the full programme fee.
The contract may be withdrawn from within the 14-day withdrawal period; any services already used will be charged on a pro-rata basis.
After the withdrawal period has expired, cancellation is no longer possible, even if the programme has not been fully completed.
If payment by instalments has been agreed, all instalments remain payable regardless of actual participation.
Refund Processing
Refunds will be processed within 14 days using the same payment method that was used for the original booking.
5. Cancellations by the Practitioner
If an appointment must be cancelled by Barbara Pöll – SOL FLOW (e.g. due to illness or force majeure), a replacement appointment will be offered.
If this is not possible, any payments already made will be fully refunded.
6. Disclaimer of Liability
The sessions and programmes offered are intended for personal development and awareness work. They do not constitute medical, psychotherapeutic, legal, or financial advice and do not replace medical treatment or therapy.
All participants take part at their own responsibility and remain fully responsible for their physical and mental health, as well as for any decisions made in connection with the session or programme.
To the extent permitted by law, liability for any personal, health-related, or financial consequences arising from participation is excluded.
7. Final Provisions
Should individual provisions of these General Terms and Conditions be or become invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
These General Terms and Conditions are governed by Austrian law. The place of jurisdiction is Vienna.
